How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on all US Domestic orders of $50 or more.  
A flat rate of $8.95 is charged on all domestic orders under $50.  
We offer free DHL shipping on all Canadian orders of $200 or more.   All Canadian orders less than $200 can be shipped via USPS for $35 or DHL for $25. 
If you do not live in the United States all import taxes, duties, and VAT, per local laws, will be your responsibility once the package arrives in your country.
All other International Checkout orders are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on region you are shipping to (Please see below).   

Do you ship internationally?

We ship directly to most international countries.  If your order is over $200 we will ship it to you for free! Per local laws, all import taxes, duties, and VAT will be your responsibility once the package arrives in your country. If you live in a country that we do not ship directly, Elwood has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping, and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.  ELWOOD does not ship to Australia or New Zealand. When will my order arrive?

All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery (total 7-10 days from order).  
All Canadian and other International orders can take up to 3-10 days to arrive depending on the country. 
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.  You have the option to request a required signature upon delivery of your package in the notes section in your shopping cart. 

How do I return/exchange my order?

Check out our return/exchange page here.  This has everything you need to know to make your return/exchange fast, easy, and free*.  All sale items may only be returned for an even exchange or store credit, no refunds. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?

It is necessary that your billing and shipping address match to prevent fraud. 

I like free shit. Can you send me some stickers or anything else?
