- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Elwood monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


For USA Orders:
We offer free Exchanges for Domestic orders and free return shipping on orders totaling $75 USD or more, after discounts are applied and not including tax. 



If your original order was under $75.00, you will be charged a return shipment fee for using the pre-paid return label. This fee is waived for exchanges only. You may also use your own shipping method for your return or exchange at your own expense. You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method/carrier. NOTE: If your original order was over $75 and qualifies for free return shipping, you will be credited back the cost of return shipping.  


For International Orders:
We are unable to process returns for orders outside the continental U.S. via our online return application. - Carefully repackage your items back into your shipping box along with your packing slip, and seal your package with packing tape. We recommend making a copy of your packing slip for your records.
- Deliver your package via your preferred shipping service. Please use a trackable/insured shipping method/carrier. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

- We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.
- Returns and exchanges can take 5 to 7 business days to process, once the package is received.
